Living comes through knowing God.
Living is what the Christian is called to do – Jesus said, I am come that you might have life, and have it more abundantly – thats more than surviving, more than reacting, that’s more than waiting for heaven, in fact eternal life is a new and different kind of life that begins the moment we become Christians.
It begins with a new identity – we are now saints, sons and daughters of the living God.
It begins with a new power – we now have the third person of the Trinity dwelling within us.
It begins with a new relationship – we are now called into the Trinitarian relationship of the Godhead, Father, Son and Holy Spirit – wow!
It begins with a new family – the people of God.
Whoever we are, wherever we come from, our history in Christ has been changed, it’s no longer connected to the old fallen Adam, but the victorious Adam, Jesus Christ.
