Hi, my name is Richard Burgess, I’m a pastor/teacher and I have a passion for God and his Word and its application to life today.

By God’s grace I became a Christian in my teens, and soon felt the call of God into the ministry, this led to involvement in children’s and youth work, evangelism and preaching, leading worship, pastoral work and church planting… I’m committed to the church, the body of Christ, and seeing the good news of Jesus Christ proclaimed in all it’s saving fullness in today’s world. On the ground I’m one of the elders of Gateway Church, Ashford in Kent, UK where I serve in an administrative and Bible teaching capacity.
