It’s finally here! My book Exploring the Role of Women in the Church is now available on Amazon. It’s been a big and steep learning curve in so many ways, both in the studying and in the writing.
Unfortunately, the subject has a tendency to get bogged down in one or two verses, verses which whole books explore.
In Exploring the Role of Women in the Church, I explore the subject first of all with a wide-angle lens, taking in the role of women in both the Old and New Testaments, then exploring God’s original intention and the nature of the New Testament Church before moving on to the problem passages followed by some church history.
I have tried to keep it as concise and informative as the subject would allow and at the same time accessible to all. It is for both men and women, church leaders and church members. My hope and prayer is that it might help the discussion, and encourage women in God’s call and gifting on their lives.
